Extended Campus /Distance Learning

Since 1970, Embry-Riddle has provided educational opportunities for civilian and military professionals in aviation and aerospace who are unable to attend classes at one of the University's residential campuses.

United States Universities, Colleges and SchoolsTo meet the varied needs of adult working students, Embry-Riddle established the Extended Campus, with courses being delivered through the College of Career Education. The College of Career Education offers academic programs both in the classroom through a network of more than 130 centres throughout the United States and Europe and through web-based distance learning.

The Extended Campus maintains a comprehensive system of academic quality control for its courses. The curricula, academic standards, and academic policies are the same throughout the University and are modified only to accommodate certain requirements resulting from different delivery methods.
