De Anza College is a community college located in Cupertino, California. The college campus sits on an area of 112 acres. It was founded in the year 1967 on the site of the Beaulieu Winery. The college is named aster Juan Bautista de Anza, a Spanish explorer. De Anza is one of the largest single-campus community colleges in the country with a fall Enrolment of more than 20, 000 students from over 50 different countries. The college is also the home of the California History Center. The academic divisions of the college support about 70 instructional departments and programs.
