The University of New England, also known as UNE, is an independent, private, coeducational university located in Biddeford, Maine, United States. It was established in the year 1938 as New England University College. It became independent in the year 1954. The main campus spreads across an area over 540 acres. It operates campuses in two Maine coastal cities. UNE offers a wide variety of undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs in diverse Course Topics.
