Study at Morgan State University


Morgan State University is a public, urban university located in residential Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It was established in 1867 as the Centenary Biblical Institute, a Methodist Episcopal seminary, to train young men in the ministry. It gained university status in 1975. Morgan offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse Course Topics. The university is organized into the following academic divisions:

Morgan's athletic teams are known as the Bears. They compete in the Mideastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). The university has an active Greek life with several NPHC organizations.
