The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, also known as RSC, is located in Pomona, New Jersey, United States. It was founded in 1969. The College was named after Stockton, one of the New Jersey signers of the Declaration of Independence. RSC offers a variety of degrees and programs in diverse Course Topics.

The College has been ranked among the nation's top public colleges and universities in the survey of America's Best Colleges (2008). In the annual survey, released by U. S. News and World Report (August 2007), the college ranked among the best universities in the North.

RSC'S sports teams are nicknamed the Ospreys and they participate in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC).
