Study at Manhattan College

Manhattan College, also known as MC, is a private, Roman Catholic college of liberal arts situated in Riverdale, New York, United States. It was established in 1853 as the Academy of the Holy Infancy. After a few name and status changes, it was finally renamed as Manhattan College in 1863. The College offers various undergraduate and graduate programs in diverse Course Topics.

MC’s athletics department sponsors several men’s and women’s sports teams. Their teams participate in men’s and women’s baseball, basketball, softball, and volleyball. They compete in the College’s 19 NCAA, Division 1 and have won several championships. Their sports teams are nicknamed the Jaspers and Lady Jaspers.
