Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, popularly referred to as NEO, was originally established in 1919 as the Oklahoma School of Mines. It became the Northeastern Oklahoma Junior College in 1924, and in 1939, it was placed under the Board of Regents for Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges. The campus of NEO is located in Miami, Oklahoma.

Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College offers associate's degrees in arts, science, and applied science. Students can also opt for one or two year certificate programs. The college is divided into the following academic divisions:

  • School of Human Environmental Sciences
  • School of Liberal Arts
