Study at Drexel University


Founded in 1891, Drexel University is a private coeducational university located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The 2006 edition of U. S. News and World Report ranks the undergraduate engineering program of Drexel 57th in the country.

Drexel offers a variety of degrees and programs through its three schools and nine colleges. The Drexel University's campus is divided into three parts:

  • The Center City Hahnemann Campus
  • The University City Campus
  • Queen Lane College of Medicine Campus
Sports teams at Drexel are known as the Dragons. They participate in the NCAA's Division I, the Colonial Athletic Association, and the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association.

WKDU is Drexel's student-run FM radio station and The Triangle is the University Newspaper.
