The University of Tennessee at Martin, also known as UT Martin or UTM, is located in Martin, Tennessee, United States. It is the main campus under the University of Tennessee system. UTM is the only public, four-year university in West Tennessee outside Memphis. It was established as the Hall-Moody Institute in 1900. It received its present name in 1969.
