The University of Texas at Tyler, also known as UT Tyler, is a coeducational public university located in Tyler, Texas. It was established in 1971 as Tyler State College. UT Tyler's main campus is spread across an area of 200 acres. The university offers more than 90 academic degree programs at the bachelors, masters and doctoral levels.
