Study at Seattle University


Seattle University, or SU, is a nonprofit Jesuit Catholic university founded in 1891 as the School of the Immaculate Conception by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). It continues to operate as a Jesuit institution. The U. S. News and World Report's "Best Colleges 2008" ranks Seattle University at the 6th place out of all the schools in the West that offer a full range of masters and undergraduate programs. Seattle University offers more than 40 bachelor's degree programs and over 20 graduate degree programs, along with a law school and a doctoral program in education. The university is organized into the following academic divisions:
